He is a regular featured speaker at Deer Spectacular in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin Expos, as well as Illinois Classic, Novi Expo, Quality Deer Management Associations, Cabela's Whitetail's Unlimited and numerous Deer Shows, Sportsman Clubs, Archery Shops, Church Events, etc. Tony has also done seminars for the U.S. Government. He is also the founder of Amazing Whitetail Habitat Research Center & Whitetail Boot Camp. He's been consistent for over 22 years on trophy class whitetail's, 31 in all, using his unique hunting & ULTIMATE Land Management System. None of Tony's trophies have been taken with an out-fitter, in an enclosure, or on a large track of land.

To sum up my Ultimate Land Management philosophy is quite simply, I am basically a deer developer. I build deer communities from scratch. We start by designing and building the Ultimate Buck Beds. We need them scattered all over your land to create great movement. Next we need to take care of the does, so we build the Ultimate Doe Bedding Areas. We also need them scattered through out our property. Now we need restaurants which are Ultimate Food Plots. We need many types and sizes with big ones for the whole family and many fast food ones which are Killing Food Plots scattered all over for the different doe units. Now the Bucks have to visit all the food plots to find the different doe groups. Does also need an Ultimate Fawning Area. This will be designed and built in unique locations on your land. They need a road system to get around, so we build Sneak Trails for Bucks and Does. Everybody needs a place to drink, so we build the Ultimate Watering Hole. We need a special meeting place, so we design and build the Ultimate Whitetail Hang Out for Bucks and Does.
Everything is taken into consideration when creating your Ultimate Whitetail Deer Hunting Haven, like: Rub Line, Licking Branch, Staging Area, Browsing Area, Ultimate Shooting Lanes, Maze Concept. This is why My Designs are so DEADLY. The hunter always wins, because everything is considered in the design to bring the big mature bucks past your Ultimate Stand Sites. Of course Ultimate Entrance and Exit Trails are designed for the stand sites. This new design uses up the bucks daylight time on your side of the fence. The neighbors can't shoot what they don't see.

I started out life as a Professional Trapper. The year I graduated from high school I caught 88 Fox, 235 Muskrats, 18 Mink, and 135 Raccoons in 60 days. I used the money to buy our farm that Lesa and I still live at today. These pictures are not even half of what I caught in 60 days. But I needed to sell what I had on hand because my funds were always low in those days. But what a great time in my life.
